Class Schedule

​We practise in a lovely, cozy studio in Bakers Corner. See the schedule below:

  • Mondays 7.30pm: Mat Pilates (50 minutes)

  • Mondays 8.30pm: Vinyasa Yoga (1 hour)

  • Wednesdays 7.30pm: Mat Pilates (50 minutes)

  • Wednesdays 8.30pm: Vinyasa Yoga (1 hour)

  • Thursdays 9.30am: Vinyasa Yoga (1 hour)

  • Saturdays 10.30am: Vinyasa Yoga (1 hour)

Vinyasa Yoga and Pilates classes are suitable to all levels and ages. 

Depending on availability, you can book private sessions for Trauma-Sensitive Yoga and Yoga Thrive.
